| The Town of Zwolle, Louisiana is incorporated in the State of Louisiana under a special charter and is governed by a Mayor and five-member City Council. Zwolle
City Hall is located at 952 South Main Street and is open five days a week.
City Hall hours are from 8 a.m. until noon and from 1 p.m. until 5 p.m.
City offices can be reached at (318)645-6141.
City Hall houses the town's water department, with a front counter for residents paying their bills; a large meeting with ample seating; and the Mayor's Office.
